Earning Points

Earn points for every purchase from the LLCC Bookstore whether you shop online, at the main campus in Springfield, or at any one of the 4 Education Service Areas. For every dollar you spend, you earn one point (taxes and shipping are not included).

Redeem Your Points

Once they appear over 200 points on the "Total Points Available". Points become "available" after approximately 14 days from purchase. They will not appear on the "Total Points" line until 2-3 business days after your purchase. To redeem your points, click on "I want to redeem my points." Then chose whether you wish the gift certificate to be mailed to you or pick it up at the Springfield Campus Bookstore. Gift certificates may be utilized at the main campus Bookstore or at the Education Service Areas for purchases of textbooks, supplies, clothing, gifts, etc. Please note: points older than one year are not eligible for redemption.

Once redeemed, your points will remain available for two years. You will receive an email notifying you that your points are about to expire 30 days before they do.
